    Product Description

    Eastman™ Chlorinated Polyolefin 164-1 (25% in Xylene) has an 18-23 wt. % chlorine content. It is soluble in xylene. The limited solubility of CP 164-1 increases the resistance of the primer coat to re-dissolve during topcoat application. Eastman™ CP 164-1 was developed to improve not only initial adhesion, but also to improve adhesion after exposure to humidity and gasoline.
